Quality control, delivery and safety is fundamental to our business to achieve customer satisfaction and business sustainability, profit and growth. We are communicating daily and confirm daily diaries with the relevant client site agent.
Quality control forms are verified at holding and witness points and clients are sent a daily diary via email to keep all involved parties up to date on site standings. Also, quality test certificates and COCs are handed over to clients in a data-pack at the conclusion of the project.
Performance and delivery is key to a healthy growing business. Safety on site is a big priority with THWI, and we are constantly following up and try improving on the most usual minor hand injuries and scratches.
